Informal recycling has been a source of challenges to mobile telephone network (MTN) phone village in Rumukurushi, Port Harcourt, Nigeria, and several locations developing countries. In order bring lasting solution the menace informal this location, study proposed new waste electrical electronic equipment (WEEE) management system. The system comprises application two key concepts. first concept includes limiting activities recyclers WEEE collection only. This implies treatment, dismantling, etc., are carried out by government-approved agencies experts. second involves just-in-time (JIT) for managing WEEE. ensures that is only requested from recycler or individuals possession it on demand. adopted qualitative research approach. Data analysis were achieved via semi-structured interviews thematic analysis, respectively. outcome limits collection. gain revenue A reduction waiting time workers storage space achieved. offers safety, efficiency, an increased productivity. will help revolutionise location.
